Dear Jason:
When I attended the Apartment Association Show in Valley Forge,
I was really impressed with your "before and after" demonstration
of your non-slip floor treatment.
At Eagle Stream Apartments, we advertise, "A place you'll love coming
home to." Part of that equation is our responsibility to ensure
the safety of our tenants, to the best of our abilities. We had
been experiencing slippery conditions on many of the landings in
our buildings. While we put mats down to help, we thought that in
today's world of technology, there had to be a better way to handle
this situation. The timing of seeing your process couldn't have
been better.
I saw it work at the show..and now that the treatment is complete,
I feel more secure knowing that the floors have been treated. And,
the best part is, any time I want to test a floor, all I have to
do is spill a little water and instantly I can tell that the floor
is safe.
You and your team got all the landings done in one day as promised,
despite the brutal heat. You were neat and efficient, and that was
really appreciated.
